We are delighted to announce the Go Live of our Cloud hosted Smart Work Flow Engine, iConstellation. While our Digital Road Map has five different phases to be implemented over the next twenty four months, with the launch of iConstellation, we have successfully taken the first step towards enabling multiple layers of value enhancing functionalities through Cognitive Solutions that can be overlaid on our Core Technology Platform.
With iConstellation - Smart Workflow Engine, we now have the ability for; Effective Management of Process Deliveries, Enabling of Higher levels of Customer Visibility, Enhanced Controls for Process Quality, Management of Individual and Team Productivity and Deeper Operational Insights through Real Time Analytics.
All of these capabilities have been robustly secured through a Data Security layer thereby ensuring all the requirements of every Customer are consistently met whilst also meeting all the requirements of ISO 27001: 2013, for which INCHES has been certified couple of year back
At INCHES we follow a structured methodology for, Defining Business Requirements, Solution Architecture and Design, Solution Development, Testing, Training and Go Live of the new system (iConstellation). A lot of business requirements has come based on Operational Experience apart from all the feedback channels for the Customers on, Process Requirements and Operational Excellence.
The Go live of iConstellation ( New System ) beginning November 2022, has been spread over three weeks so as to ensure a seamless cutover there by ensuring no disruptions to the current service levels. Additionally we have also defined a robust Business Continuity Model so as to ensure that we are able to offer our services on a 24*7*365 basis without breaks because of technology related challenges.
As we move forward during this month , we would have begun our workshops for the Business Operations teams to define the requirements for Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the iConstellation Platform. There are plenty of exciting enhancements around ; Usage of BOTS, Mobility Enablement, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Others, which are being planned to further reinforce our commitment to; Customer Centricity and Service Excellence..
